or the 5th Annual Houston Latino Book & Family Festival we are moving back to the George R. Brown Convention Center, a successful venue for the first 3 Houston Festivals.

Tony Diaz, Houston Festival Director and director of Nuestra Palabra, Latino Writers Having Their Say, and his excellent volunteer staff, are busily arranging all the details for this always popular event. Houston has always been a fun festival with such “celebrity” authors as George Lopez, Cheech Marin, Giselle Blondet, Maria Antonieta Collins and Sandra Cisneros past participants.

Our continuing relationship with print and electronic media in the Houston area, including returning Presenting Sponsor the Houston Chronicle, should once again result in the large crowds we have seen these past few years in this great city.
