As we look back over the 44 Festivals that Latino Literacy Now has produced since 1997, it's easy to remember the most successful as the ones with the great volunteers.
We never question the value of volunteers. Remember, Noah's Ark was built by volunteers; the Titanic was built by professionals. Winston Churchill said, "You make a living by what you get. You make a life by what you give."
